COMPARISON OF TEACHERS' PERCEPTIONS OF ORGANIZATIONAL VALUES WITH PERSONALITY TRAITS

Abstract
In the research, the Organizational Values scale was used on 204 teachers working in Mersin province/Toroslar district. In the study, a study was conducted to investigate how teachers' perceptions of organizational values are related to their demographic characteristics. This article examines how teachers' perceptions of organizational values are related to demographic characteristics. In the study, teachers' perceptions of organizational values were evaluated based on demographic variables such as gender, age, education level, and years of professional experience. The study results show that there are significant differences between teachers' perceptions of organizational values according to demographic characteristics. It has been determined that especially as the years of professional experience increase, organizational values are approached from a more positive perspective, and young teachers can be more critical on this issue. It has been observed that teachers with higher education levels are more sensitive to organizational values. The study provides a basis for understanding what impact teachers' demographic characteristics have on their perceptions of organizational values. This information can be an important resource for educational administrators in increasing teachers' motivation and participation.
